25 visions. One future.
We transformed the predictions from senior tech leaders on the future of human connection into an immersive artwork. The opportunity to represent the ideas on the future, and turn the data behind them into art, was an important and exciting project to collaborate on. The artwork enables us to feel, see and emotionally connect with information, absorbing the viewer in a kaleidoscope of colours, shapes, feelings and connections generating a visceral experience. Outernet provided a brilliant space to visualise the individual reflections and the dialogue between respondents.
Our Process | Connection: 2036
Guests were invited to write by hand their answer to a single question: what will human connection look like in 2036?
Their answer, became our data. We took those predictions and transformed them into a sensory communication artwork.
Each answer was analysed for emotional sentiment, and a colour palette created to reflect the feeling carried in the words. AI then gave each prediction its voice: not a neutral reading, but a tone shaped by the nature of the reflection itself.
The artwork is audio-reactive: the particles you see are moving in response to the prediction being read aloud.
Those 25 individual pieces then coalesce into a single collective work with all the reflections becoming a conversation between the respondents, their visions manifesting over time in a kaleidoscope of colours, shapes and connections.
